@Riot games! "All good things must come to an end!"

Just an opinion, call it what you will! But Riot has done a terrible job by introducing the new rune system. How do you build a system designed around one champion <Zoe> ? The older system was far better because a player could individualize and modify their champions to be more offensive or defensive based on the team they would be playing against.

Plus the fact that grinding to level 30 kept the trolls at bay if their old accounts was band giving time for serious players to climb in the rank system as the trolls would have to grind their way back to level 30. I'm sure everyone has felt or endured the pain of trolls.

Riot you have gone and taken a balanced and equal playing field and destroyed the equality and individualization that we as the players would give to each champion, by breaking the meta or creating our own methods of survival or aggressive play.

The worst thing about the new system is that you have buffed 15% of the champions and have turned them into monsters, leaving most of your champions not even worth playing because of the new unbalanced ruin system. Although Riot is working hard, Its clear that you aren't working hard enough because the preseason is almost over and 80% of your champion roster isn't even playable against the monsters you have created by designing the runes to not fit all of the champions play styles within the League of Legends Roster.

With that said cheers for destroying a good thing! You have lost so much of your fan base and players by creating the new Runes system! Riot went from being Gods of the game world to now becoming a childhood or past memory of the good old days! Its as the saying goes "all good things must come to and end!" But I'm sure that Riot will be brought up in the future as the younger get older and discuss how Riot games was once a strong contender in bringing the edge that was needed in the gaming world!

80% of the champions aren't even viable at the moment! Preseasons ends in 8-10 days and they are with out the full force of their roster. They could have just made the old runes free for all and the game would have kept its luster. The most important thing about the old system is that it allowed each player to individualize their champions to fit their own style and build defensively or offensively based on the teams they played against and allowed some champions to break the meta. The new system targets only 15% of Riots roster in League of Legends; turning them into monsters, 5% are stuck in limbo and the other 80% aren't even worthy of play. GG Riot! The new rune system is one of the better things they've done.

With the old rune/mastery system u would always have a disadvantage below lvl 30.

The new rune system doesn't cost money (finally) it was the stupidest thing to pay IP that was really hard to get to spend on runes and not on champs.

The old rune/mastery system was incredibly boring and stale, everyone had the same masteries and runes, no diversity.

They just introduced it and they will balance it out, just chill your ass [slayer-jinx-unamused]
