Should Yasuo be allowed to ult flying enemies?

It would only be fair and make sense and add a great gameplay mechanic to the game because it makes no sense for them to get knocked-up if they are already flying. Just imagine the great counter play Yasuo would add to these OP, 100% playrate champions, by pressing R without the need of a knock up.
