prestige skins should bring fear to the opponent

its total bs that you basically have to spend a ton of money for these skins. they need to be mastery or skill based.....i want to be in the loading screen and see an enemy prestige akali or ahri and think "OH TITS WE ARE BONED" instead of haha look at this idiot
