Best way to end toxicity forever
stop giving chat restrictions and just give the "win 25 normal games to unlock ranked again" punishment........that was worse than any chat ban or 2 week ban I've ever got in my life

So have people be toxic during normals while they get back into ranked? Sounds like a bad idea personally to me.
Two major problems with that suggestion.
First off, this punishment would mean nothing to people who primarily don't play ranked. Second, since the punishment would require the person to actually win the games to get out of the restriction it places even more pressure on the punished player to be angry at others for playing poorly.
How about you just stop being toxic

Except this wont have any effect on toxicity, except maybe making it worse.
That is by far the worst idea. Ever. Period. No worries! I got one here you. Stop being toxic or you lose your account and you're unable to play on that account ever again.
Now that's a punishment, right? Yea totally is.

That's already implemented. That means everything is fine as it is. That idea you had right there.. trash it. Wasn't a good one at all.
I would think only people who are toxic would downvote this idea...
