When drawing, a lot of people use models, and with the internet pictures as reference. So it's very probable a SJ image was the model for Kai'sa

Well... Riot had a lot of inspiration for characters through movies, actors and musicians. Look at Panth for example. Or pentakill Yorick, who's clearly supposed to look like Slash. They didn't even bother to hide that Anivia is a phoenix. There are plenty other examples, so is it that weird that Kai'sa is inspired by a fictional character?
I am so not okay with this. Please change her face and don't rip off a popular hollywood actor again.
