Mission-Related Ward Skins in Hextech Chests?

I was just wondering if its possible to pull event specific ward skin in hextech chests. I'm talking about the ones that you have to use tokens for. I missed out on the Halloween ward skin for 2018, leaving me with over 200 orbs. Any clarifications would be appreciated.
