Placed Team Name/Tags Clean Up

Dear Riot,

I believe that it is about time that you guys clean up inactive team names/team tags. There are plenty of inactive teams and also teams that have only one member, but are continuing to live on, keeping names and tags from being available. To clarify, these are teams that have been placed or ranked before, but since then have not played for some time. Since we have annual summoner name clean ups, I feel it is only fair to do the same to some teams. If the intent is to honor the memory of teams and friendships, then that's understandable, but there are a plenty of reasons to allow team names to be accessible after some teams are placed and become inactive.

What say everyone else?
