My Hands Get Cold When I play league

My hands get cold when I play league and only when i play Thresh. It's not my room temperature because it's summer and warm, I sometimes even wear something over my shirt. I start shivering and I realize at the end of the game that my hands are freezing. Is this because of anxiety ? I keep trying to tell myself that it's just a game and shake it off but it's starting to affect my gameplay. Any suggestions would be appreciated [sg-soraka]
