Big reach when they try and say it violates the no "sex rules". No wonder no one likes you guys. Delete posts for insulting your heroes at riot.

Since all you people are saying it was INSULTING, at the TOP of the post he said: "We've recently removed your post for violating the Boards Universal Rules, particularly regarding inappropriate discussions."

So, here's the deal:

#The Removal The removal is 100% appropriate. Crass sexual content isn't okay, nor are insulting comments. Telling someone to "stop sucking off Riot" is clearly both, and calling someone delusional is definitely an insult. Express your sentiment another way.

#The Mod Posts in This Thread This is not acceptable moderator behavior for a thread with concerns about moderation. I've made sure the moderator in question is aware of this, although I will leave the comments up in the interests of full transparency. I've made it clear that this is not okay and should not continue. While we're allowed to meme and goof off, it should not be done in threads taking issue with moderation.

The fact that the boards community is attacking the mods because some guy broke the rules and got punished for it is just disappointing. It's like starting a citywide riot because someone got caught speeding.

Its disturbing the amount of censorship in media nowadays. You cant say anything without 'offending' someone. This censorship does nothing for us except put us on a road to a dystopian society where everything we say and do is controlled.

I just have one issue thought...you commented to the wrong person. The guy you responded to actually agreed with you, he was giving an explanation why games aren't always winnable despite theory saying otherwise.

However, this is a discussion about the mods taking action, and to this I have to say they were wrong indeed mostly for taking a metaphor for "Stop being biased" literal enough to accuse you of making an actually sexual comment. Not gonna lie, it does take some intended stupidity for this kind of misunderstanding to happen, nobody gets such a globally understood metaphor wrong by accident, and it's even less believable if they said they outright don't know it. Again, takes some intended stupid for it to occur.
