In the surveys they ask us how interested we are in seeing X champions in another game that isn't a moba. Maybe we won't get a league mmo, but maybe we can get... a league racing game?
if they ever did, I think it would work best If they did a top down Dungeon crawler style mmo since it would be familier. Instead of armor you could loot different items with randomized stats and active effects, and still be able to truly customize the look of your character, while allowing Riot to sell skins for various armor pieces or races for profitability.
