Is it just me or does the team with the better ADC seem to win 90% of the time?

Dug through my previous 50 games and despite W or L, almost all of them had one thing in common, the better ADC had the W. Just curious if the game is right back to ADC centered again.

When bot lane wins, 2 people win, but also two people lose on the enemy team. So it's a much bigger effect than if top lane or mid lane win by themselves.

From my limited experience its the team with the best tanks or any tank at all that usually wins. ADC's can't do shit if the only thing that stands between them and zed/kayn/fizz/warwick/kah/rengar is a soraka.
