Created a new account and realized all the garbage new players have to go through

I made this account a few days ago and began playing my bot matches until I can play against actual people. Game 1: Everyone spawns in and immediately someone disconnects. He never comes back. About 15 minutes into the game, another person disconnected. Game 2: again, another person left about 5 minutes into the game. Today, still playing bot matches, I had someone run it down mid within the first few minutes, get killed by the turret and then disconnect. Later that game another person disconnects. If I was a new player, I would leave as soon as I saw this was what the game was like. Luckily I didn't run into any smurfs (yet) that wanted to shit on new players but I have seen them before and it is appalling to me that a relatively good player would make a new account and go shit talk new players. (Keep in mind, I understand there isn't really a fix for people disconnecting because they will get leaverbuster, but the smurfs that I have encountered before are ridiculous.) Thought I would make a post here and ask if anyone else has experienced this while leveling up a new account or when they first began playing.
