Not saying that a 2/4 fizz one shotting me after missing his ult isnt fun but...

So , im playing . ima keep it short tbh. This is how it goes , i kill fizz 1v1 lvl 4 , i forced him out of lane lvl 6 by almost killing him but his jg showed up , but he still had to back. I kill him again , at this point hes lvl 7 and so am I. graves ganks me , i die to fizz ignite. They take my tower , because even though graves had unsuccessful he made me back before , with a failed tower dive , so they basically had it half health, so they could just finish it. So, im lvl 9 and hes lvl 9 , he misses Ult , i W away from his e, i punish the use of E by ulting , but he had this build , even though i landed 2 out of my 3 q's , auto'd him , got an e on him. he lived above a quarter hp , i had and a long sword... not only did i tickle him because he had max stacks on seekers , but he missed ult , missed e, so he just q, W , and auto'd me to death. I was actually shocked , not just by the fact i tickle with my damage , but that i lost. I was really ahead as well.... and you know how it goes. He killed me , went bot , missed half his abilities , still got a triple bot , and went on to take over the game.... I really dont know what needs to be fixed about this champ , but i feel like something should be.
