yeah i get it , no one wants to play that trash role since you keep nerfing it , and nerfing it , and making it only xin and khazix land and you get reported for not playing those champs. BUT I DONT WANT JG , I RATHER PLAY SUPPORT THAN JG. i just want to play mid , ive played enough auto jg and i fucking hate it , the role sucks. I want mid , so i keep dodging , and dodging , and dodging because the last time i play jg i picked and had the audacity to farm to get my power spike while non stopped ganked every lane and taking every scuttle and it ends with the typical 'GG JG DIFF REPORT THIS YI AFK FARMS'. I.DONT.WANT.TO.PLAY.JG. I rather play my main Top over that trash role. I want what i chose and it shouldnt take me more than 3+Dodges for me to get the role i want. 'JuSt AsK tO SwiTcH' i tried ,and no one else wants to play that role. Because everyone hates it. This happens too often and I dont know why , and im agry. Im being 100% honest when i say this , unless you make more jg viable , and make it so have the option to farm and not watch your team get mowed down by WHICH ARE THE ONLY JG PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO PLAY NOW EVEN IN NORMS, maybe i wont dodge and just suffer through that one game. But this is ridiculous just give me mid.

I understand that agravation. There are some people who refuse to play the role because they are scared of it. I refuse to play because whenever I do I generally lose unless the lanes can carry me, and win or lose I always feel bad because I couldn't contribute. I always either path wrong or gank badly, and inadvertently end up feeding.

Don't get me wrong, it's not like I haven't tried to play the role. Name the JG champ and chances are I've either played them pvp or at least tested them out. Problem is, I just suck at the level of map awareness that a good JG really needs. Maybe when I have a better understanding of the mechanics of lol I can come back and try the role, but for now it's beyond me, and getting auto filled multiple times in a row to a role I suck at isn't endearing it to me by any means.

Jungle main here. I actually agree with a lot of what you said. It's extremely rare to see a laner that understands the correlation between nerfing jungle camp rewards and a decline in diversity in the role, favoring early game duelists. Maybe more laners should get autofilled to jungle lol

It's why when people complain about the game turning into gank city and asking for jg reward nerfs in the same post, I want to reach through the screen and slap them

jungle needs indirect buffs like maybe bring back camp smite rewards that allows vision on X spots or a limbering debuff while maintaining a better jungle exp rating trade off. if a champion with jungle item kills said monster they receive it for a short time so they wouldnt be able to rush into lane and attack early ending said game in the first 5 mins.

You might want to diversify your champion pool a bit more for jungle, and I don't simply mean more champions. I mean champions that provide different things to each game. Yi is excellent if your team needs a cleaner or a late-scale powerhouse, but sometimes your team comp will already have that. Sejuani and J4 are excellent picks for when you need to bring CC to your team's table. Even if they fall behind, they can still be beefcakes with stuns and knock-ups that don't care about AD/AP as much.

It also helps if you know your laner's matchups. Any lane that does well independently, you can prep for a countergank. Any lane that's doing poorly, and you can help your teammate out. You should also ask your laners if they can do more warding after taking control of their respective lanes (river+deepwards).

The autofill philosophy runs along the lines of "the needs of many outweigh the needs of few". I think you'll be surprised by how much you will enjoy the role when you expand your pool, but that's just me.

very few people want to play jungle because the pros outweigh the cons. I jungled as Eve for a while and got decent but its tiresome. You will always be blamed/flamed. Evelynn

When you get autofilled jg, be sure to ask if someone wants to trade (maybe you do, but some do not), some people are jg mains playing other roles for whatever reasons, and will trade you roles if you ask.
