If you mean can you ask about how tours work, that's fine. If you mean can you tell people about what you see inside in areas they mark "No pictures" or otherwise tell you to keep it to yourself due to the NDA you'll sign, no you can't discuss that publicly.

You are not allowed to tell us what you saw and played (riot will send assassins after you if you do heh). You can tell us what were your impressions tho. Everything that won't ruin anything. I think that you can tell us if it was a champion or rework but one that we all know is coming.
