I've been out for a while, but I remember the first emporium had all the old chromas on sale, with the newer ones remaining RP only.
I'm seeing a bunch of old chromas here that are not on sale ... say ones like Pool Party Caitlyn? Do they have emporiums throughout the year where different skins have their chromas on sale?

They rotate each of them during each BE store. So when it's not in one it's usually in another. Probably will be in the 2020 mid season store.
Really hate how they did this. I understand not letting the newer ones be on sale but closing the others to certain times is just dumb. They should just change it to be all on sale while the newer chromas aren't, or add more essence emporiums throughout the year so the switch won't be too long. People wanted chromas to be exclusively BE in the first place since older players are racking up BE with nowhere to spend them but no, rito wanted to make people buy them. Same goes for emotes, rito adds new seemingly great ways to spend Ip, but then you discover you still need to buy them. . .
I know that the emporiums sell the newer but not newest chromas, so Corgi Corki is on sale but not Arcade. I believe the Cait ones were sold in a previous emporium shop.,
