I know this will be a bit long, but please read this (all of it) :)

I thought that after this system was added, I had to say something about it... Because It's the most stupid thing EVER to lose honor and get it locked when you rage (or sometimes not even that, a simple "shit" can get you fucked up) in ONE single game. I'm pretty sure alot of people have gone through the same as I did.

I'm nice for months, a year even, trying my best to ignore the trolls and toxic players (which there is ALOT especially in ranked queue), and then one day that it's just maybe not a good day, you say something, either you rage or something else that is simple and get chat restriction and you lose TWO honor levels for that...

It fucking took me a whole year to get my honor to level 3, and I'm honored at least once every game I play. Then I queue up ranked after losing 5 games in a row already, someone in champ select, selects Teemo top... I said "could you not teemo top? Teemo sucks, in teamfights hes useless" and I was talking about the champion itself, not the player... guess what? He got teemo, he was useless, and we lost the game. And I got chat restriction for 10 games for that alone and lost 2 honor levels which is now locked god knows for how long. After being nice FOR A WHOLE YEAR! So maybe in 365 days a year, I kinda lose control after all the trolls and toxic players and flame a bit for idk... 5-10 games. And RIOT wanna tell me it's fair to get honor level down and locked for that!? When I bet all those players trolling and being toxic probably did not get any of that shit!

Another thing that is unfair in this, is that if you say "Oh shit, I made a mistake" and someone report you, you will get fucked too. So you cant even say anything at all basically. You need to go to support, start a ticket and justify that you were joking around with friends, or you did not intend to offend anyone, and even so, they most likely wont remove that penalty.

I'm sick of this stupid system, I want it to change. You wanna ban my chat for 10 games or whatever? Fine! But leave my FUCKING honor alone. It's frustrating to deal with those kind of people every game, every day. And getting such a harsh punishment for when I lose control here and there it's just the most stupid thing ever. And sometimes the "losing control" I mean is just telling someone to stfu when they are qq'ing or flaming others, which is enough to get your chat banned and honor down/locked. Not to mention that this ALWAYS happens by the end of the year, it feels like people do this on purpose to fuck you over so you dont get rewards. Unless RIOT is trolling and being like "ok, we are close to rewards, time to start checking who I need to ban!"...

I worked as hard as anyone else to get those ranked rewards. And I also worked hard to not fall for the trolls/toxic players for a goddamn year to just get my honor down to level 1 like that... Which will take me another year or more to get back to 3+.

PS: If you are one of those people that say "I have honor 5 and I got it in a month, its so easy!" Please don't say anything. Coz if thats the case, it only proves how unefficient and unfair this system is.

PS2: I get it, the system is to make the community less toxic blabla. Guess what!? **IT DOES NOT WORK! **All I want is a different system, or a better system, one that actually works against trolls and toxic players.

PS3: I'm ok with being punished for flaming or whatever, even tho I try my best to not lose it during games, but I'm human, we all are, and we all have limits. And just mute all every game it's horrible, coz this is a game where communication is key, and sometimes just pings arent enough. My point is, I dont wanna get fucked over so hard over one mistake that happens rarely. A small punishment is fine, chat restriction its ok, but going with the honor system is just stupid and I feel like I worked hard all year for nothing. Since I can't get keys, chests, or even ranked rewards later on.

I guess this is what I wanted to say. Please RIOT, make changes for this system... It's hard enough to deal with the trolls, don't make this even worse for people that just wanna play the game and try to have fun or climb in ranked. [sg-soraka]

No, a simple "shit" does not get you a penalty. In fact, it takes an exceedingly large amount of toxicity to get punished from one game on a clean account.

Over 80% of players never get a single chat restriction.

If you are misbehaving so much to the point you are being punished, you are not an honorable player.

The average is about 2-3 months per honor level. If yours is slower than this, it means you are misbehaving and being validly reported in games even if they do not result in a punishment.

So... you flamed someone and tried to boss them around as to what to play. This is punishable, yes. If you don't want punished, don't violate the rules.

Nope, that's not true. The system can differentiate between "self-flaming" and flaming others.

Please explain why you deserve to have honor when you do not display honorable behavior.

"People" being yourself? You are becoming more toxic because you want to climb more but are not climbing. You are the one fucking yourself over.

If you behave in your games, it is virtually guaranteed you will return to honor two by the end of the season, and likely have a month or two to spare.

If you keep misbehaving in games, you will get a longer chat restriction, a temporary suspension, and then a permanent ban.

The system is quite lenient as it is. You do not get punished for "one bad game".
