Champions who haven't gotten new skins in over 2 years

I put a star next to SKT because Riot says that team skins don't effect the skin release schedule for that champ, which means the last planned skins for these champions is even further back.

THESE are champions that need new skins not (getting arcade skins in 2 patches): Yasuo: 272 (Odyssey) Not even a year Kai'sa: 49 (IG) but last planned skins was Prestige KDA (220) Kai'sa already has more planned skins than Vel'koz and a few others even though she was released several years later, now she will have more skins than many champions released significantly earlier. Qiyana: It's her release skin so meh Caitlyn: 313 (Pool Party) Not even a year aswell

First off, Kai'sa getting yet another skins is absolutely INSANE, she was released only a tiny bit over a year ago, Taliyah who was released before her has only her release skin and a team skin (but like I said before this doesn't effect when other skins for them are released). Yasuo looks like so bland, his weapon doesn't really look like it fits, and he already has two "techy" looking skins (PROJECT and Odyssey). Caitlyn isn't bad thematically since it will probably just be similar to MF, but she has so many skins already and a decent amount of them are high quality. I just think that there are other champions that would have fit this theme better though, so to me it's a missed opportunity.

Also, if any of these are legendary I'm actually gonna freak out since Cait and Yas already have legendaries and Kai'sa and Qiyana should be too new to have one. The next legendary skin should be for a support (but I could be bias) considering there are only 4 legendary support skins (5 if you count Brand) and 2 of them are on a single champion (Leona). LMK what you guys think about the new skins and correct me if I have any incorrect info!
