sylas ult description

can anyone explain to me the final part of his ult where it talks about coverting ratios? i took ashe's power and knowing she has a 100% percent ap ratio my version did 600 (which is her ult at lvl 16) plus 100% percent of my ap. but i dont know how the ratios will be for ad champs like wukong
