FPS drops on Ryzen for no reason

Has anyone else been having issues with their FPS dropping by a considerable amount for no reason? I'm playing on a laptop with a Ryzen 2700U and usually get between 80 and 130 FPS in-game (the lower end being in team fights with Miss Fortune ult going off or something).

Recently, I've had my FPS drop as low as 10 for a few moments, but for some reason it only seems to happen pre 5 minutes, and after that I don't go below 80 FPS for the remainder of the game. Anyone have any idea what's going on? I've tried updating my drivers, reinstalling league, and decreasing and increasing my graphics settings but the same issue happens pretty much every single game until 5 minutes.

Installed any kind of malware/bloatware? Aka programs you think are cool but just destroy your PC.

Well you must have installed something that causes this.

My Ryzen 7 1700X and RX 580 have no problem maintaining 75Hz at WQHD at all times. If I turn the FPS limit off, the FPS ranges between 200 - 130 FPS in a match.

I have a similar issue, but my game starts out "ok" and just goes downhill from there. It's like a degenerating disease and I don't get it because everything is updated, tried what you tried and keeps happening. The malware thing is something I got to check again with a diferent anti vírus.
