Star Guardians and the Project skin line

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if the star guardian skin line and the project skin exist in the same universe? I've been thinking about it and I can't figure out the answer.

Pretty certain they exist in a separate universes.

There’s already a SG Jinx, but they’re now teasing a PROJECT: Jinx skin.

Pretty sure they are different universes. The Project universe seems way more advanced in technology than the Star Guardian universe.
