Bug with mastery chests?

Was playing Orianna and got an S and didn't receive a chest. Was a normal draft match that lasted 15+ mins cause they ff'd. I don't understand why I'm not getting the chest, and no i haven't already gotten one. At least it doesn't show I have earned one with her. Submitted a bug report but decided to post here because maybe im missing something?
