Lich Bane bugged on Ezreal
The damage isn't calculating right, i'll hit champions and see 10's and 30's from bonus ap damage, and i'll hit neutral monsters for 100's.

i feel like i should point out that even with full build my damage is that low
Did you calculate the MR? neutral monsters don't have any armor or mr.
I remember reading about the bug where lichbane scaling was halved somewhere
