Is it possible to get my honor level to 2 or at least 1 until 12 nov?

Just a heads up that you have until February 11, 2019 to reach Honor 2 to be eligible for end-of-season rewards!

Keep in mind that if you received a ban during Season 8, you will be ineligible for end-of-season rewards. Chat restrictions do not count towards this rule.
