IP turns into blue essence

Hi . So , the IP will turn in blue essence , but how will it work? Will it be like : if I have 10k IP I'll get 10k blue essence? Or do I need to get champ shards and get blue essence , which means I'll have like 2k blue essence? I don't really understand , some help plz?

IP will be converted to blue essence at around 1:6.5

If you suck at math, that's 60,500 BE.

You're muddling things. Influence Points are Blue Essence now, it's just that simple.
