Riot Support is actuall garbage
No like im srs, im here casually having srs issues and waiting for someone to reply, i dont want to be rude or something but i wasnt able to play league since the day i wrote that ticked up.

It's almost like League is one of the most played games in the world and Riot has a limited number of staff members.
Just be patient man. Try and reinstall your game or get help from the community I guess? Technical issues take time.
