Idea for names not being available

There's always names everyone wants, But is always taken by a$$holes who just make a account JUST to take the name so NO ONE else has it (@tilted) So how about this, If someone doesn't log on for around 2 years or so, their name can be taken. And if it IS taken, when they do decide to log on, they'll have to choose a new summoner name like they did when they made the account.

Cause we've all been there wanting a name and have to use special A,E,I,O,U etc. characters. or numbers.

A B!tc# doesn't want that booshie $h!t, some of us just want normal names. Not, "Hey what's up guys 1Scàrćé1 here."
