I need Help.......

Hi i just want to say from the start (no offence to anyone) but this new meta sucks

First: My main roll was Mid lane, it was grate and all until items changed then i switched too Top roll.Then everything changed again. I switched to support and support items where changed so i got back to Top. Problem when Patch 8.11 came i cant find good roll to play and enjoy playing.

I love the game addicted nothing new.

i am sad that items cost more and i don't know what to build anymore on champions. i feel like any champion i play i make no damage or anything even if i am full build.

Second: Why are there some FPS and MS Drops in the game for no reason I have grate PC and internet speed but in team fights it happens from 100 FPS drop too 20 FPS in a sec same for the MS i am having 20 up to 25 ms and i have LAG in the game.

Third: Suggestion for riot don't know if they will see it If we are getting Champion Shard from the Capsules Why we have Champion Shard in chests still ? like it can be seen in random posts (facebook,instagram,twitter....) That players waiting really long for the Key for the Chest to get (Skin,Emote,gemstone...) (Why waiting and giving hard work just to get Champion shard it is not fair <-- this is only my opinions)
