In Game problems

Something is going on with Games wont talk about client too, There are FPS Drops and Ping getting over (600-4000) for no reason I have Good PC and Internet connection with high speed. i turn everything off and still getting the Ping and Lag. i cant play ranked or normal games i go play with Bots and its not ok having ping 20 and getting still lag for no reason. What is going on ? and this last 3-4 days when Pyke got out Client is bugged shop wont open Loot disappears making the Match and waiting like 6 min delay to open it.
