Game mode: Freeze Tag Rift (Come beta test with me) HNS Revamped for summoners rift.

Okay this general concept of this game is freeze tag. Everyone knows freeze tag. There are a couple rules that should be pointed out though.

The first thing id like to point out is the perma banned champions.

My idea of bannable champions are champions who cant be killed without using a massive amount of resources and time to get. People like teemo shaco etc.

So heres a list:

Banned items: Support income items, Twin Shadows, GA, Rylais

Now on to the game The game starts in a normal draft mode.

-The only thing in champ select that is different is All runners must take flash and heal. Ill explain why later. -2/3 Taggers 5 runners

-The seekers may take whatever they like for summoner spells

-You may farm jungle creeps. You cannot farm lane minions; you can leech exp if you like If you leech exp you must be visible to enemy team (Standing within turret or minion range). This is to show the other team that this is where you are. Think of it as being powered up the enemies can see you are scaling and should either scale too or come get you if they are taggers.

-Runners can not directly attack the taggers. They may use CC or abilties but they may not attack if the abilty doesnt do Hard cc. (Fiddle silence, kassidin Q, Nidalee pounce, Nidalee traps. Are examples of abilties that shouldnt be used.)

-When you are killed by a tagger you must respawn and walk to a circle in the gyazo below. To let it be known that you are frozen. This is the enemies base not yours..

-To unfreeze your allies you must Cast your heal summoner spell on them. SO DONT USE IT TO SAVE YOURSELF OR YOU MIGHT BE LEFT IN A TOUGH BIND.

-Once you are unfrozen you must immediately back the person who unfroze you is still in danger. Dont help them. Taggers cannot attack you till you finish your back or use an abilty.

-Runners cannot sit under turrets...... Dont be rude..... Play the game...

-The game ends when the taggers catch everyone or if the runners last till 30 minutes.

-Runners cannot back and cannot buy until they die or get unfrozen

-no building tank either

-Nether team can cross river till 1:30
