2 of my faves Cass and Jax got hit with the Nerf bat. They didn't do Kassidin any favors either. They think they nerfed Zyra, but apparently forgot about this: 
. On the bright side, Volibear, my highest Mastery Champ, got a buff! Didn't need shit, but they gave him some love anyway! Woot! LOL! in the end, the trade-offs in this patch are as confused as every year. It's a wonder there's any balance at all, LOL.
Cass doesn't put a 2nd point in W until level 8 at the earliest, sometimes not until level 14. She doesn't even have nerfs until laning phase is almost over, and she doesn't cast W off cooldown at that point.
At worse she'd need to add a single extra E, and that's assuming a target stood on her W for 5 whole seconds to even feel the damage nerf. Realistically she might need a extra auto or tick of Q at worse.
Truth is, they nerfed her late game. But...what is "Late Game"? Does that even exist anymore? LOL...I don't think I get past 15 much these days and by then she's usually pretty fed. Still it's a nerf, if the game goes long, she would suffer.
