Have you ever contacted Riot's Player Support and opened a ticket? If so, did you receive a human response or did it seem automated? Were you ever told to post your concerns here on the Boards? Did you receive a direct response or was your ticket marked as resolved/closed? Here's my latest experience when inquiring about the Matchmaking System:
