I've played against this cancer 10 times in the last month and each game I've fed my ass off like 7/12, 2/9, 1/6 etc. Everytime I'm against him the game turns out as a loss and me getting REALLY angry and my day gets ruined (like today). It seems impossible to play against him. Any tips?

Mordekaiser beats singed pretty hard, he can stop singed's ability to proxy farm, and if he stays in lane, morde takes no damage from the poison trail. I guess the best thing you can do is survive the lane phase by using the ground thing. Mordes biggest threat on singed is his pull and his ultimate.
Yea you play Singed. Morde beats Singed pretty hard because he has displacement and a way to trap you from running around. So if I'm being honest I think the best thing to do is just try and juke his spells, this is a pretty blatant tip and kinda unrealistic I'm aware but if you can dodge his E and his Q you should be ok. Surviving the laning phase and simply going even is really what you need to do.
I just play shit with a dash/gap closer/or full on troll with an ADC top because it's such a toxic design champion, I hate the champion and everything about it so making them unable to ever touch you and just obliterating them til they stop playing it is really the only option
