The time it rained Flashes

So I just learned that one time it rained flashes in ARAM.It was a bug and it looked pretty funny.But it made me think.What if there was a featured ARAM where Flash had a insanely low CD?It is normal ARAM but Flash is forced on everyone and has a very low CD.Maybe 10 seconds?The point is just for fun and honestly who wouldn't want to Flash about 50 times in one game?
