Shanzee The Master Hunter
Shanzee(Sean - zee) is the master of hunting.Few can match his ability and even fewer could hope to best him.Shanzee isn't about attacking fast but hitting hard.With a low attack speed combined with attack speed stats only being half as effective for him.His power lies in slow yet hard hitting attacks to win a fight.
Passive
Yew Bow
Shanzee's bow is made of legendary quality.Thus yielding a heavy draw.All attack speed stats are 50% effective for Shanzee and attack speed buff gained from allies are 33% as effective.However Shanzee gains 25% increased damage on all basics.
1st Ability(skillshot)
Steady Aim
After a 0.5 second channel time Shanzee roots himself in place gaining a large amount of attack range while making his basics into a skillshot.Each attack costs X mana and if Shanzee does not have at least X mana the ability will be canceled.Shots from this ability are considered basic attacks.This is a toggle ability
2nd Ability(skillshot)
Lead Arrow
Shanzee loads a weighted short ranged arrow and fires.Enemies hit are slowed by 10/11.25/12.50/13.75/15% for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds.
3rd Ability
On the Hunt
Shanzee channels for 1.5 seconds then enters stealth.If you break stealth by attacking you gain a extra 10% damage.This ability is considered a basic.This basic does not apply on-hit effects.This ability costs 0 mana to activate but consumes mana for every 0.5 seconds you are within stealth.
Ultimate(skillshot)
Eternal Soul
When Shanzee hits 0 hp instead of dying he will be rooted in place, become untargetable CC immune for 10 seconds.During this he can fire at a fixed attack speed of 1.00.His basics become global until they hit a enemy champion, minion, monster, wall or turret.After the 10 seconds he gains an extra 3 seconds to fire one last shot that deals an extra 25% damage that stacks with his passive.The basics from this ability cannot damage turrets or apply on-hit effects.
The goal of this champion is to promote a higher skill of play.You aren't focused on life stealing your way through damage but instead outplaying opponents and dealing a high amount of damage per shot instead of damage per second.Without mobility this champion is difficult to play for beginners but could be good in the hands of more experienced players.Allowing those who can hit skillshots to have powerful options while being punished for being caught out of position.
I left out a lot of numbers on purpose as I am not great at using specific numbers and didn't want to make him OP or UP cause I made a number of mistakes thinking of CD's or damage and what not.I would like to know what the rest of you think in terms of the ideas and concept.Just remember this is a bot laner with the intent of being a high skill cap and high damage per shot champion being good in teamfights if he can be at long range and being good at small fights of 1v1, 2v2 and maybe 3v3.
