Katarina's survivability / CC

Kat is supposed to be this devastating force that comes in, one shots then leaves. Yet in reality half of the time she really doesn't do that (at least as well as she should) she's a champion that only goes in and nothing else, and since 90% of the champion. She's one of 7 champions with no cc but at the same time she has no utility or defensive stats. Even yi who has an untargetable and a damage reduction is still very effective compared to having nothing at all. I would give up some damage for a slow or damage reduction during ult even if it's 10%... no assassin should be standing still for almost 3 seconds.
