Is she worth maining now? or should I pick up another ap assasin ( altough they all seem to suck now, and mages seem to carry).
I kinda got her to mastery rank 4, so it would be a shame to drop her -.-.

If you're abusing her for Freelo, stop and play champions you like. Get good with them instead.

Of course she is. Katarina will never stop being strong until Riot either nerfs the damage from all her abilities (not just one) or her passive.

This nerf hurts Katarina a bit for early game teamfights and skirmishes but she is still strong, I climbed from gold to diamond this season with her so she is a good option to take advantage of the chaos of solo queue.
She's still strong against who she was strong against and still weak who she was weak against. If you could kill them before you can probably still kill them unless its early game.
You cant just instant lock katarina anymore.
I am bias to the champions i play, but i found katarina a shit champion.
If anyone want a extremely Hard Counter to katarina play: Diana. Diana kit is 110% against Katarina.
I honestly didnt really notice the ludens OR the Q nerf. but ii also main malz, so katarina is just sort of adorable
She's garbage now. She's not Elise but she's certainly not good.
