There should be an option to send a replay of a match to a specific riot team, to show players troll

Think about it :

I reckon there should be an option to report more serious trolls more accurately, eg. you could be able to pay eg. 250 ip(so you dont do it every time, and keep the serious trolls) and be able to send a replay of your match, to show how one person is trolling/feeding/flaming. A specific team could check these often.

I know it would be hard, but it would help alot, don't you guys think?

Riot would be overflowing of those videos.. And that would be on day 1.

Your Idea is yet too raw. Requires some polishing. Maybe something like: vid must be max 2 minutes long. best quality 480p. No sound (just to make report-vid lighter). Should have chat visible additional reports from the same game against troll-player from video make report-video of higher importance.

Player could send 1 per week.

And then re-open tribunal that just punishes trolls from videos. 10 ppl vote between troll/bad player/not troll And if 70%+ for troll then he gets some punishment..
