Does blinds have matchmaking by number of players in queue?

Kinda sucks playing blinds and being queued up against a 4 man. thats pretty much an auto loose 4 people in discord. they should go to flex queue. Sucks to have to be forced to play ranked to get a solo. This should be a game where either nobody is queued up together or everybody is queued up together/coms. also getting put on a 4 man sucks because one is always worse and feeds. wheres blinds i hate life queue where everyone just plays and actually ffs. need dat.
