Nami for a bronze scrub

Hi! I am a bronze scrub that enjoys supporting. I was wondering if nami would be a good pick for bronze if i really practise her? Or should i pick another support? I played her in a couple of games today and really like the fact of how much she brings to the team, i had a pretty bad time in the early game but in teamfights i had a really big impact. I am not good at landing her q but i guess that it comes with practise.

any champion is good for bronze/silver if you can learn how to play the game in general.

Champion specifics don't matter as much down here.

Nami has an advantage(or disadvantage) compared to other supports in that because of her kit she is mostly a skill matchup. If you are good with her you can do very well, while being bad with her will result in a very difficult time in lane.

If you put in the time in and learn how best to make use of her kit you will likely find it rewarding.

As another plus, she's a lot of fun to play ^_^

My personal Bronze Scrub (which I am too) philosophy, is always be a support that can carry or tank and not a "enchanter" or whatever they call em.

My logic is, someone on your team is bound to fail in Bronze. As a support with the option of building tank or going carry you can pick up the slack for them somewhat.

I could be completely wrong, I'm stuck here too after all... but yeah... tis my logic.

Nami is awesome but you do have to invest into learning her. In bronze its gonna be on you to compensate for teammates lacking knowledge and mechanics.

**Q **Your will likely have to use bubble reactively as even if your landing them you might not get an adc or jungler who follow up in time, if after the first few lands they just derp and cs then your gonna want to just hold it for counter engagements. **W **eats manna when spammed and odds are your gonna be spamming it for bad lanemates, but hey you can get free poke out of it as well so not the worst thing, just try to get a bounce, a good part of this is learning when to cast on self, adc, or enemy to set up the chain. Rule of thumb if enemy's clustered bounce off them, if they only have 1 in range then cast it on self or adc, who ever needs hp more. E I still see folks no use this right in silver and gold elo so I doubt bronze will be much better, folks wont go aggro properly and waste its charges on minions, which is fine... if you compensate for it. If your lanemates aggro and has followed up on your Qs but wastes E on minions its probably better to self cast to get the slow to set up the Q. Alternately hold it and cast when your adc has fired off an auto attack onto enemy champions, if you buff before the damage is done you get the on hit effect. R Slow but strong, really just on you to get the cast of it down. Good engage from fog, great disengage, Destroys in jungle fights in areas that walls make dodging it near impossible with out dash or flash.
