How to counter talon

I have been playing azir for a while now and i ofc have to deal with a ton of assasins. I can play around zeds cooldowns pretty well, kata is easy to harass etc. But one champ i have problems with is talon. I recently was in a game with a talon vs me, so i took 9 scaling armor yellows. Theb he got first blood on me so i bought corrupting potion. Got his second kill. I started rushing zhonyas. Now i noticed he started roaming so i pinged like hell to all tje lanes to watch out. No one cared and he got a kill in bot and top etc now he was 4/0. After this i couldbt do anything, no amount of armor would help and i was allready tilting hard af so it didnt help. I lost the game and he went somethinf like 17/5. Im not complaining about him being op i know he is not, thats why im asking how i should counter him? should i take flat armor ellows instead? What are his weak points? Also, how can i make my teammates take my pings seriously?

Anyone with sustain/shielding, or Heavy burst to drive him out of lane, or prevent him from killing you.

I can normally play anything into Talon since I know how he plays, since I played him quite a bit over the years.

Honestly, I normally take Ahri or Syndra.

Both lanes you just play super passive. If he makes a mistep, punish him. If he roams, try to follow. Talon is actually a counter to Azir. So it makes sense that he beat you.

You should be using scaling health yellows

I know that might sound crazy but with all 9 that' an extra 12 health per level, it adds up by the time he tries to go in on you. You can always build armor items like Zhonya's first. The biggest way to counter assassins is to boost your HP more than anything since talon needs to go all in. Scaling health yellows are the best seals for squishy champs.

He has a strong level 2, so you just gotta be safe and manage the wave to be closer to your turret during that time.

If the wave is closer to his tower than yours at level 2, you're basically going to have to give up farm to not die. Just get that XP though.

If you're going to take scaling armor or health, then you need to live to atleast 6 for it to be worth taking over flat.

Thank you for the tips, i think that my problem with azir is that i go way too aggressive early on, i really need to learn to manage the wave and farm up instead of going for kills

Just play Veigar or anything with enough range to never get near him. it's that simple really. poke him out. His Gap closer is short range. Don't let him hit his Second half of W and he basically cant do anything you.

If you have someone with CC, just save it for when He Q's to you. it is very telegraphed so it is easy to CC him when he does it since we will have to run straight at you.

Talon can't kill you of he doesn't proc his Passive. Don't let hims tack it and you are gucci. Getting a item 3157 , summoner 3 or summoner 21 ruins his life. I even recommend item 3003 for its shield and scaling since you are gonna be playing a longer game than him anyway.
