Midnight Mini patch has make the client unable to progress WTF RIOT?

So i finish a game and a mini patch started that always happen many times but now for some reason its says 0% 1-1 0 time remain and it dosent move...why?

And when i try full repair for the client the client closes and nothing happen...

FOr real Riot can you stop fucking with E.UNE server so you can test buggy patches...jesus
