When the competitive proplay game patches to 7.2 where I believe lethality was buffed, and Jayce was nerfed, are pros going to drop Jayce for champs like Quinn? I see a lot of people stating that Jayce will be dropped after his nerfs, so which champs will take his position then?

, those nerfs are not big enough for them not to pick him. While I can see other top laners being picked now since the Lethality buffs like you mentioned 
might get picked more but they will still pick Jayce and he is still going to destroy people top lane until he gets actual nerfs.
