Like maybe lux bot could mia ping a teammates corpse when they die alone. Or when the enemy team gets an ace, the bot will type either "guys just turtle up, stop getting caught" or "I'm done, this is uncarryable."

What I'm trying to say is making the Ai flame would just give the message to new players that flame is OK and NORMAL for the game since Riot would program it into the bots. There would then be little to no excuse to give chat restrictions or bans to actual @sses due to Riot "supporting it" using the bot chat. T'would be pretty hypocritical.
Positive reinforcement such as the new honour system making players flame less is much better than Riot saying to the new players "deal with it, it's normal."
