Educate me on Kennen

What is it that makes Kennen a bad pick currently. He used to dominate.

Kennen was never a top pick, he was just annoying/hard for bad players to lane against.

He's still hard for bad players to lane against, but he dies too quickly and does too little damage in team fights to be useful. I mean, aside from mobility creep.

From my experience playing him Kennen just doesn't do enough continuous damage, after his combo he kinda just sits around and waits for his skilsl to come off CD

You should try using a lich bane and build up your passive auto attack. Then use this combo[AA + Q + AA + W(Stunned) + E(or flash ult) + Ult + item 3157 . Also always try to save your E for escapes and use your stuns for engages. My most recent kennen game is below

Kennen has literally no damage and is outclassed by literally ever AP top laner. These include, but are not limited to, Gragas Swain Lissandra and even Vladimir
