They aren't lazy skins, they are just extremely outdated (those first two were release skins, and Kennen is one of the oldest champs in the whole game). Whenever Kennen gets a VU for the Y.U.P. initiative, they'll give him more differentiable skins, just like they did for Tristana and Alistar.

You're right. Old fits a bit better. They were made long ago and their standards have increased dramatically since then

This, Riot Girl Trsitana used to be a (pretty bad) recolor too, now it's a rather distinct skin with it's own model.

And like they did for Nidalee. Snowbunny and Leopard Nidalee used to just be recolors on the outfit, now they're recolors -and- awesome cat forms.

Riot at least had the decency to remove that skin because it was so terrible haha. Now if only they would do something about these. Hopefully they will remake them so they are actually different

As I recall, a certain Gem Knight used to have most recolors to, until they got rid of his pizza feet. Same with certain unslowable sword master, until the same scenario.

The lightning mouse is just showing his age. I'm sure Riot will get to it . . . eventually.

(Rusted blitz though. . . It's basically bragging right to have that thing. It'd loose it's value if they were to "fix" it.)

They're not bad or lazy, they're old as dirt. Look at a lot of the old champs that haven't gotten visual updates. A lot of them have lots of recolors because they weren't good at making skins way back when. You should look up the old TF and his 'Legendary' skin, Magnificent Twisted Fate. lol.

Whatever happened to that Grand Yordle Unification Pass or whatever? Tristana is looking really good these days. Any chance Kennen gets a piece of that action? I know there are like eight of us who still play him at all, but I think his concept could appeal to a lot of different groups of people with a little polish.

For real though, as others have pointed out, every time an old champ gets a proper VU, their worst skins pre-VU almost always end up being their best skins post-VU.

These skins will likely be among his coolest after he gets a VU, just watch.
