But in my opinion conquerors just needs to be removed from the game or at least changed to not be true damage.

true damage should be a nich thing not something everyone and there mom can take and freely do a ton of true damage with. its a bit over the top for a lot of AD champions like darius and jax :\ (just the two i can think of right now)
