I picked up jungling again recently, and I've noticed an increasingly common practice of denying the jungler his monsters. You'd think with the Jungle Updates (back in season 4 IIRC, probably 5 though) this problem would be fixed, but no. Laners are constantly stealing my monsters for quick experience, and leaving me out to dry. The red and blue buffs are especially vulnerable. Not only do laners think they're entitled to the buffs, but they're absolutely childish when it comes to taking them. Last hitting them underneath me, refusing to ask for them, what if I need that buff?

Its driving me insane that I'm losing as a jungler because my teammates want to watch me suffer.

as a jungle main, my laners rarely if ever take camps in the early/mid game, (i honestly can't think of the last time it happened) and after the laning phase ends, jungle camps become fair game, just like taking CS from other lanes becomes fair game.

also, you have smite. getting out-last hitted by a laner on a jungle camp shouldn't be a thing.

If they want to play like that just go to their lane and eat up all the creep. It's really funny to watch as they lose their minds and start laying down ban worthy language.

During the laning phase I don't often have laners taking my camps, and if I do it's like a top laner who just got his asses handed to him for the 4th time is now killing my krugs so we can get some gold/xp without dying again. That's ok in my books.

After laning phase, which is the only time I ever really have teams killing my camps it's generally fair game. What I do find INFURIATING though is when you are fucking ahead, and instead of pushing any advantages at all your teammates just continuously go into the damn jungle to pick up some more gold for their next items THEN I get pissy! I mean not only are you denying me gold and xp cause I can't go splitpush at this point cause the enemy team is probably running around as a full 5 man unit to compensate for them not being able to win lane on their own merit and they'll just buttpound me if I'm in a lane on my own, but you're also throwing away the lead I usually have granted them single handedly while also making me weaker so I can't continue to carry everyone on my own......

THAT'S when taking jungle camps is just wrong, I often give them up if it's like, on our way out of our base after we just pushed down an objective and we're still regrouping, but if you refuse to actually help me take anything at all and just want my camps, gold, and xp so you can ignore me and continue buying items, THEN you're a fucking retarded piece of trash.

Its ok for people to be like "hey can I have blue/red if you don't need it?" but if they just walk over and take it then that should be considered griefing, its the same thing as if I just walked into mid early game (while playing as a jungler) and stole all the creep then left them to die without helping.
