Before: Unique: Blocks 8 damage from champion basic attacks.

So how does this affect champions who have a single target spell (Ez,GP,Yas) that also count as a basic attack, does doran shield apply double?

Okay first of all, this wasn't a secret buff, it was on the PBE for a while

Second, no it won't. Skills that count as autoattacks get blocked once like autoattacks would. I.e. Gp Q, ez Q, fiora ult, ww ult etc.
