Hidden Buff or Nerf to Nunu

Not mention in patch notes

In-game his consume buff have been updated except the tool tips.

New passive is the same as the old passive except for some minor changes.

Before the patch, his damage buff only works if he consumes a lizard or dragon or baron.

Now it only works if he consume the Toad, dragon or baron.

Red camp no longer give him the damage buff on his initial clear while the Toad (used to Wraith) gives him the buff about once every re-spawn (1min)
